This client had been following JLV’s work for quite some time when they reached out for full-scope design and interior architecture support for their custom new build. The JLV team was given full creative freedom on this project and ideated unique elements from organic contemporary kitchen design to custom wall treatments that had yet to be seen in the local Charleston market. When the homeowner went to sell, the property created a bidding war and eventually set a new record for the highest price per square foot in the area. Built by Novella Homes.
