Island Escape

Everything in this custom new build was built with the couple’s family in mind. The owners of this stunning Kiawah Island residence have a primary home in Charlotte and use this as a weekend getaway. The goal of this home was to serve as a family home for them and their young children as well as a prime hosting spot for their friends. The JLV team worked closely with local custom builder, Knight Residential Group, and Cumulus Architecture to design a space that offered a fresh take on island living and performane to live up to their young family's active lifestyle and beach adventures.
